I. General
995 Toll Free is a provider of Toll Free telecommunications services. The document provides an in-depth description of our limits on liabilities, warranties, and acceptable use. In the event of ambiguity between website information and this document, this document "Terms and Conditions" dictates.


II. Services and Activation
995 Toll Free  is a subscribed service which allows subscribers anywhere in North America to obtain toll-free services which may cross international borders. 995 Toll Free is a prepaid service and payments may be submitted via multiple methods. A minimum prepayment is required to activate 995 Toll Free services.


III. Rates and Fee Schedule
USA/Canada Toll Free Forwarding: No Setup Fee. No Cancellation Fee. $9.95 minimum  monthly usage per USA/Canada phone number.


IV. Payment Methods and Policy
All 995 Toll Free services and subscriptions are provided on a prepaid basis. Multiple payment forms are accepted and subject to the conditions and fees outlined below. Each service has a minimum prepayment as indicated in the description of the service and in the order process. US and Canadian Dollars are accepted.

Although we will make all reasonable efforts via email to notify you when your prepayment balance is low, it is your responsibility to ensure that you retain an adequate prepayment balance. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED IF YOUR PREPAID BALANCE FALLS BELOW ZERO. YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ASSIGNED TOLL FREE (or other access number) IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT REACTIVATED BY THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH.

Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. By entering a credit card (or any other payment card) into our system, you expressly authorize PREAUTHORIZED-CONTINUOUS charges using that credit card. PREAUTHORIZED-CONTINUOUS charges will automatically charge your credit card when prepayment funds fall below you "recharge-at" threshold. Each charge will be accompanied by an email notification. If a PREAUTHORIZED-CONTINUOUS charge is declined, we will send you an email and your service will be suspended when your balance reaches $0. All attempted credit card transactions (APPROVED OR DECLINED) in excess of five transactions per month will be billed an excessive transaction fee of $2 per transaction.

Charge Back - ANY CHARGE BACK OR "ACCOUNT INQUIRIES" INITIATED BY YOU WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. ANY CHARGE BACK WILL RESULT IN A $25 RE-ACTIVATION CHARGE AND ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE VIA CERTIFIED CHECK FOR THE ANNUALIZED FEES FOR SERVICE.

PayPal - There are no fees for accepting TWO (2) PayPal Payments per calendar month. Any PayPal Transactions over 2 per month will result in a $2 fee being charged to your account. Send PayPal payments AFTER you sign up using our online signup process. Your account will be activated upon receipt of PayPal payment.


Checks - There are no fees for accepting checks. Your account will be set up upon receipt of a cashier's check drawn on a US or  Canadian bank. Send checks to the address provided below.

Money Orders - There are no fees for accepting US or Canadian money orders. Your account will be set up upon receipt of a US or Canadian Money Order. Send checks & money orders payable to:

V. Account Credit
995 Toll Free may, at our sole discretion, issue credits to your account upon request. Contact customer care with full details of your experience if you feel you deserve a credit. All credit requests and billing disputes must be made in writing (email is acceptable) within 30 days of transaction.


VI. Service Cancellation
You are free to cancel your subscriptions and/or services at any time by phone, mail, email, or fax to our customer care department. Service will be disabled within 3 business days of cancellation notice and a refund of the remaining balance will be sent within 10 business days. Balance refunds will be sent according to the REFUND POLICY below.


VII. Refund Policy
PGC will, upon your request, cancel and refund the UNUSED portion of your prepayment less Monthly Minimums and Monthly Fees at any time according to the SERVICE CANCELLATION policy above. All refunds must be processed through 995 Toll Free customer care and NOT BY CONTACTING YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.


VIII. WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
995 Toll Freewill use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to maintain its overall network quality. The quality of service provided hereunder shall be consistent with other common carrier industry standards. 995 Toll Free makes no other warranties about the service provided hereunder, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall TollFreeForwarding.com be liable to customer for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of customer's clients or goodwill, arising in any manner from this agreement and/or the performance or nonperformance hereunder.

The liability of 995 Toll Freewith respect to the installation (including delays), provision, termination, maintenance, repair, interruption, or restoration of any service or facilities offered under this agreement shall not exceed an amount equal to the charge applicable under this agreement for the period during which services were affected. For those services with monthly recurring charges, the liability of TollFreeForwarding.com is limited to an amount equal to the proportionate monthly recurring charges for the period during which service was affected.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any party of this agreement, other than for any delay or failure in an obligation to pay money, to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, explosion, accident, war strike, embargo, governmental requirement, civil or military authority, act of god, inability to secure materials or labor of any other causes beyond their reasonable control. Any such delay or failure shall suspend this agreement until the force majeure ceases and the term shall be extended by the length of the suspension.
